Q. How the Shopping Basket works? |
The InMyList.com Shopping Basket allows you to keep track of
items in which you are interested and might later wish to order. Each
InMyList.com registered member has their own Shopping Basket which can be
added to or cleared as desired.
Guest users when add products to shopping baskets they will be prompt to create
an account when they are ready to checkout. If you
already have an account you always can login from our login page. Your
guest basket will merge with your personal shopping basket, when you login
with your username and password.

Q. How to add Items to your Shopping Basket?
|
|
Whenever you view information on an item, or use the InMyList.com searching
functions, you are given the option of adding individual items to your Shopping
Basket. This is achieved through clicking on the In Cart button.
If adding an item to your Basket was successful then you will be shown a brief list of its contents.
Note that the contents of your Shopping Basket will be retained between sessions. This means
that you can add items to your Shopping Basket one day and they will still be
there when you next visit InMyList.com.

Q. How to
Viewing your Shopping Basket?
|

You can view a more comprehensive summary
of your Shopping Basket by choosing the Shopping Basket option from the
menubar. Viewing your Shopping Basket lists the items in your basket, as
well as allowing you to generate an order form for those items. |

Individual Item Summaries |
|
The upper part of the Shopping Basket page contains a list of items currently in your Shopping Basket.
Each item summary contains the item's title, reference number, thumbnail image and may also include an optional description. Each summary also contains a Buy checkbox
which, when checked, includes that item in your order form. If you wish to leave
an item off your order form, then check the remove box and click update button.
The thumbnail is a link to a full-screen image for that particular item.
Similarly, the title is a link to a full description of that item. |

How long will it take for my order to arrive? |

A: We
ship out all in-stock orders the same day we receive payment, as long as we
receive it before 3:00pm Pacific Time. Our standard shipping method is UPS
which is guaranteed to arrive within 3-7 business days
anywhere in the continental United States. If you would like to use a
different service, please let us know. |

paying by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dinner, our secure online shopping cart can process
your payment. Otherwise, for all other credit cards, we ask that you please

Yes, we ship to almost all countries! Standard international shipping is
USPS Global Priority mail which is guaranteed to arrive within 6-10 business

If you are ever unsatisfied with a product you order from us, we will always
be more than happy to accept a return for a full refund of the item price. Please keep in
mind that you must notify us within 7 days of the received date of your
shipment, and original shipping charges and return
shipping costs will not be refunded or credited. As listed in our return
policy page, all return items must meet the following criteria:

undamaged, unused, and in original condition.

complete, with all original instructions and packaging.
